
We are happy to report that a lot of event information is being submitted,
however there is a limited amount of room, and every event cannot be published.
Following the guidelines below will increase the chances of your event being listed.

Please give us your event at least 15 days prior the the actual date. The Newsletter normally is emailed every two weeks.

Newsletter Archive Page for dates of the most recent editions.
Holiday and school vacation weeks are usually skipped over, and the mailer will be sent the week after.
Acceptable events include conferences, seminars, workshops, assistive technology
or disability resource fairs, camps fairs and open houses, as well as speakers in the disability field.

Events that are free or low cost and open to the public are preferred.

Books and book promotions, products for businesses, therapies, medication promotions, etc., are not published, but
may be
Advertised on Our Site.

Fundraisers, webinars, etc., are not usually listed, as we do not have the room.

Please do not send attachments with fancy graphics and text.
Deleting the formatting is time consuming, and lessens the chance of getting your event posted.

Instead, cut and paste plain text into an email or onto the form below.
