There is a limited amount of room, and every event cannot be published.
Following the guidelines below will increase the chances of your event being listed.

 Please give us your event at least 15 days prior the the actual date. The Newsletter normally is emailed every two weeks.
Holiday and school vacation weeks are usually skipped over, and the mailer will be sent the week after.

 Acceptable events include conferences, seminars, workshops, assistive technology
or disability resource fairs, camps fairs and open houses, as well as speakers in the disability field.

 Events that are free or low cost and open to the public are preferred.

 Books, book promotions, products, therapies, medications, etc., are not published, but may Advertise With Us.

 Fundraisers, webinars, etc., are not usually listed, as we do not have the room.

Please do not send attachments with fancy graphics and text. Instead, cut and paste plain text into an email or onto the form below.
