February Camps and Camp Fairs:
2010 Camp Fairs for Special Needs and more in Worcester and Littleton, plus a February vacation camp in Lowell. For times and dates, plus new camps added for Beverly, Stoneham and New Hamphire that serve a variety of disabilities, see our camp page for details.

SPED Child and Teen is seeking disability event submissions from parents and organizations from across Massachusetts and New England. Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind Day:
Boston, February 23rd, 2010. The Disability Policy Consortium will have regional groups attend programs and meet with legislators to make needs known to our lawmakers. Interpreters and Communication Access Requests are available. Under Events on our front page. New North Shore Family
New North Shore Resource Center:
The Arc Greater Haverhill-Newburyport Family Resource Center has opened a Family Resource Center in Newburyport. The goal of an Arc is to empower people with developmental disabilities and their families by helping to resolve concerns and to access services. Front Page.
Visions of Community Annual Conference
March 13th, Boston. This huge "don't miss" FCSN conference will feature 41 breakout sessions, covering issues ranging from Early Childhood right up to Young Adults In Transition, with Spanish, Portugese and Cantonese translations availabe. Teens and Parents Aspergers Workshops:
Feb - March, in Watertown. Parents attend a workshop on a topic relevant to raising a teen with AS or a related condition while teens socialize with a LifeMap Coach. Topics include Bullying, Emotional Regulation, Anger Management, Preparing Your Teen for Independent Living, Self-Knowledge and Self Acceptance. Registration required. Visit Teens and Young Adults. In Framingham, Feb - May. Topics include Sensory Diet Issues, Positive Discipline and Assistive Technology for Written Output. See our front page for the details.
Transition to Adulthood Seminar:

Assistive Technology and Inclusion:
