Circle of Vietnamese parents is a group of Vietnamese speaking parents of children with special needs getting together to support one another, to network, to share experience caring for children with special needs, and to share resources.

Diana Austin is Executive Co-Director of SPAN, which houses the Center for Parent Information & Resources; National RAISE Transition TA Center; NE-PACT Region 1 Parent TA Center; REACH for
Transition; and the NJ Parent Training and Information Center, Family to Family Health Information
Center, Statewide Parent to Parent program, and chapter of the National Federation of Families for
Children’s Mental Health. She is the parent of diverse adult children with a range of special needs.
