Therapeutic Youth Cycling 101 - SPED Child and Teen

Lexington, MA, August 11th – 13th, 2020. The Lexington,Recreation Department offers this program for teaching kids bike riding safety and protocols. Learn how to check your bike (chain, brakes, tires, etc.).
* Watch some videos that show bike safety and rules of the road. Map out a course to ride around the parking lot as well as through the bike path.
* Kids should bring their own bike, helmet, face covering, water bottle and a snack.
* 7-9 – August 11
* 10-13 – August 12
* 14+ – August 13.
