Join the Arc of Greater Haverhill Newburyport as they support parents and caregivers of individuals with ID/DD/ASD with organizing a “life binder” for their loved ones. Whether it’s for transition paperwork and educational forms, medical documents, letter of intent, or all of the above, they welcome you to bring all of your documents to this event.
* They will provide you with the materials and most importantly the time and space to begin this important process.
* The host will:
• Set you up with the necessary materials (Binder, dividers, etc.)
• Give you the time and space to start the process of building your information binder.
• Provide examples of Letters of Intent.
• Guide you through the process.
Caregiver/Parent Role: Bring the documents you would like included in your binder. Documents may include but are not limited to:
* Medical, Educational, Important mail, Banking, etc.
