Natick, January 17th, 2020. The Special Needs Advocacy network will host a special education attorney who will review the 2019 BSEA case rulings from across Massachusetts. The selection of cases will reflect those in which the presenter feels may represent trends in the interpretation of special education laws.
* After the presentation, the audience will break into groups to discuss particular cases.
* These cases will be emailed to participants in advance, and participants are asked to come prepared by reading these cases in advance.
* Using the information presented during the morning’s BSEA Updates, participants will be part of a sub-group, that will discuss one of the emailed cases.
