Making A.T. in Minutes for Blind and Low Vision and Multiple Disabilities Workshop in Boston MANorthampton, MA, March 25th, 2020. A one-day workshop to learn more about Proloquo2Go (version 5), which is a communication app that supports language development and can grow with the user. This workshop will provide an overview of the basic features and also provide information to help you customize the app for your student’s specific needs.
* Participants will explore and learn about the different levels of Crescendo, Proloquo2Go’s pre-programmed language system, and basic app functions such as adding a new user, creating new buttons and folders, the new search feature, and creating/managing back-up files.
* More advanced features that allow you to adjust the app’s appearance, access methods, speech, and navigation will also be covered.
Instructor(s)
*  Jeanne Tuthill is a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, and an assistive technology specialist. She has presented on a variety of AT topics at both local and national conferences and served as an instructor for several DESE statewide Assistive Technology courses.
* Maggie Dennis-Wurm, AT Specialist. Maggie Wurm is a bilingual (English/Spanish) certified Assistive Technology Specialist. She earned her certification after completing the Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program through CSUN.
