* Easy-to-follow movement and learn good, safe exercise habits.
* Enjoy an easy-to-follow movement class set to fun music.
* Learn to work with different fitness lessons and how to use safe form.
* If a participant has behavioral or social inconsistencies they should not be dropped off alone.
* Participants may need to be supported by an adult who knows them.
|* Parents and caregivers are encouraged to do the exercises with the group.
