Act Early.” program run by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD), in collaboration with the Health Resources & Services Administration’s (HRSA) Maternal & Child Health Bureau (MCHB).
