Worcester, March 19th – April 9th, 2019. For ages 13- 25, and 26+. Drums Alive – Drums Alive “DRUMTASTIC” is a research-based program that applies fitness, drumming, music, and educational concepts designed to improve the health of individuals with the use of drumsticks and yoga-style balls. The class will be an integration of kinesthetic awareness, neuromuscular skills, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength, and wellness activities by using the Drums Alive
* A support is suggested to be in class with each participant

* Fosters creativity through a brain/body workout that integrates kinesthetic awareness, neuromuscular skills,
cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and strength.
* Provides opportunities to build on social skills and cognitive learning.
* Offers sensory stimulation while keeping participants engaged in the activity for extended periods of time.
