Lexington, MA, Recreation Department, January 20th, 2023. Drums Alive combines exercise with rhythm and movement in a fun and upbeat setting.
* Drums Alive uses stability balls to create a unique drumming experience that has been shown to benefit individuals physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
* Led by Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Kate DeAngelis.
* All abilities welcome.
