Virtual Event, October 12th, 2021, with the The Northborough / Southborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council (NSPAC). Kerry Magro has become a role model in the disabled community. Non-verbal at 2.5 and diagnosed with autism at the age of 5, Kerry overcame countless obstacles to get to where he is today.
* With a master’s degree from Seton Hall University, he is currently the Founder and CEO of KFM Making a Difference, a non-profit corporation focused on disability advocacy and housing.
* Kerry 
was diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) a form of autism, at age 4. Although at the time non-verbal, growing up he received many hours of therapy and the support of a from his family, with the result that Kerry has conquered many of his challenges. As an adult,  Kerry is a speaker, author, movie consultant and non-profit founder. 
* “Autism From the Heart” cover Kerry’s his experiences on the autism spectrum from the heart to help others overcome obstacles. One of the goals of the book to help people understand that those with autism deserved to be loved.
* Topics from his book include defining your autism, overcoming obstacles, becoming a self advocate, reflecting on what’s important and much much more.
