Virtual or In-person Event TBA, January 13th – February 24th, 2021, with The Lexington Recreation Department. For ages 14+ with special needs. * Focus on breathing, mindfulness and developing yoga skills in a supportive and calm environment.
* The class is run at a pace comfortable for each participant and poses can be modified to accommodate all ability levels.
