Adaptive dance is an opportunity for children with special needs ages 5 – 12 to experience the joy of dance and music in a positive and supporting atmosphere; while offering important benefits that include improvement in coordination, overall fitness, self-esteem, balance, self-expression, teamwork, rhythm, and musicality.
