"The Out-Of-Sync-Child" author at Westford Conference:
April 30th, at the Sensory Processing Disorder Conference. Keynote Speaker Carol Kranowitz, the best selling author of "The Out-of-Sync Child', will discuss sensory difficulties often involved in the behavior and social challenges.
Kite Day at Bose Mountain:
Free: Sunday, April 25th Noon - 4:00 p.m. The Autism Alliance of Metro West and The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, Inc.'s 10th Annual Kite Day features entertainment, free kites and bottled water, the Framingham Fire and Police Departments and a raffle that includes a Bose Wave Radio.
Assistive Technology Conference from MassMatch:

New Summer Camps Added For the Disability Community:
This week's newly added Summer Camps added include the ACHIEVE Transition Program for 17- 23 year olds, The Home For Little Wanderers camps in Walpole, Plymouth and Jamaica Plain for kids aged 5-18 with emotional, behavioral, educational, and psychiatric issues, and an End of Summer ABA Social and Language Camp in Watertown. May to June, Boxborough. The Miracle League of Massachusetts Serves a wide range of disabilities for 5 to 18 year olds, and every player gets on base scores a run, and is assigned a buddy to assist with the game. On our front page.

Fire Safety Training:

Human Rights for Teens and Young Adults with Disabilities:
Monday, May 10, Fitchburg,.This program is designed for families and guardians of individuals who are 18 years or older, and receive services from DDS and for those who are 16 years and older and anticipate receiving services as an adult. Teens and Young Adults on our front page.
