How have person-centered living arrangements fared during the COVID-19 crisis? In this concluding webinar in the series, check in with three parents who practice person-centered planning for adult children with disabilities.

* Kathy Brill – Kathy’s 30-year old daughter Alexa uses a power wheelchair and lives in her own home, using technological and personal supports. 
* Sandra Heller – Sandy helped her son Craig, who has Down Syndrome, create a person-centered plan that enables him to work and maintain independence on his terms. 
* Dr. Laurel Peltier – Laurel worked with son Elijah, who has autism and intellectual impairment, to create a person-centered plan and shared living arrangement.
