SCEC’s LIFE Academy, Swansea, October 25th, 6 – 8 p.m. Free. Transition to Adult Services will occur upon high school graduation or aging out of special education services at age 22. This event is for students receiving special education, parents and Family Members, licensed professionals, educators, and young adults formerly receiving special education.
* Join the Greater Fall River Inter-agency Transition Team for their Transition Fair to discover:
• What does the future hold?
• What support services are available beyond high school?
• Meet many local adult service providers, school and agency representatives.
• Ask questions, meet people, and gather information and resources to guide you through the transition process to adulthood.
• Kate Dansereau & Staff from Community Autism Resources’ Gottschall Access Program will be in attendance.
