SummerAutismServicesMassachsuettsThe search for the right summer program for a special-needs child can be a real slog. We lived this experience year after year, and have built our Special-Needs Camp page with you, the parent, in mind. Our page also features many local “typical” fairs. Reach out to the programs attending, as many will have resources that offer addition accommodations and inclusion programs that may fit your child.  Whatever camp you choose, remember to ask the staff and directors about:
• Safety Practices and background checks
• Independent Living Skills goals
• Friendship Building and Social Opportunities
• Academic and Recreation blocks of time
• What is their Communication protocol with parents
• Health and Medication management
• Nutrition and Food Allergy Guidelines

We hope that you find a program on our Camp Page that fits the needs for both you and your child for this coming year.
